Room was nice and comfortable I just wish that whatever was suppose to been included was there like balcony chairs if said to have 2 why is there 1? Also remote to TV wasn't working we though it was the battery but they replaced twice and TV still didn't work !! But overall everything else was good and we all enjoyed our stay there at Grande beach resort hotel we will visit again soon
I was fully expecting by reading the reviews that this was going to be a horrible experience but it really wasn't. The check in process was simple and I knew what to expect. The security deposit I was told about before I got there and it was released before we left. We were on the 12th floor and had a 2 BR suite. Our room was clean, a little out dated yes but clean. I had 4 kids with me so I made sure the trash was taken out to the cart each day. We did not have housekeeping in our room during the week but we only needed towels and when I asked for them I got them. The pools were amazing and the view couldn't be beat. The bar and grill was perfect for the adults to sit and watch the kids in the pool. Overall we had a great time. The rooms are what you make of them and you can't beat the price.
